A massive bronze slab was necessary for this skirtless table in order to achieve the flat and seamless upper and lower rings—vital for the support of the resin slab top. Old growth American cherry, meticulously selected, is evidenced in the highly lacquered legs. Seats six. |
Hand-rubbed Sutherland and Welles oil on American cherry; glass; and Bailey Heck’s signature mortise and tenon, 304-stainless structural members; this goliath in mass retains a grace in both function and design. It comfortably seats six to eight for dinner or business. |
This impressive slab table was fashioned in English red elm with an under-lit pink onyx inlay running down the center and bronze details throughout. It is without doubt among the most elaborate commissions this studio has achieved to date. Seats twelve. |
A bench, low console, or extravagant entry table as illustrated; three iron castings and a single fourteen-foot walnut top compose this 500lb piece. Length limited by imagination or circumstance only. We are also in possession of dozens of vintage castings from Scalamandré and other turn-of-the-century factories. Viewable by appointment. |
